All services unless otherwise stated, Are within a 25Km radius from our shop location in Oshawa, Ontario. Distance service call covers between 26km - 50km radius. Extra Km fee will incur if outside this area of 1.20 cents km for all services other then the set fee for "general service call". If you have any questions or concerns about any of the fees, Please feel free to contact our main service line prior to booking appointment.

- Mechanical parts generally carry a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects
- We offer a 30 day call back on our plumbing work
- Any issue deemed user fault will not be covered
- A call out fee may cover a call back if the initial call did not present the full issue. New issues may be charged.
- Chemical purchases are non-refundable, possible exchange.
- We can not promise timing on parts, service or deliveries.
